REGULATORY FRAMEWORK AND INTERNATIONAL REGIONAL PARTNERS' CONTRIBUTION TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NON-PROLIFERATION AND NUCLEAR SAFEGUARDS IN NIGERIA

Nigeria's pursuit of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes necessitates a comprehensive regulatory framework and appropriate regional and international cooperation to ensure compliance with global and regional safeguards and other nuclear nonproliferation undertakings. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of how Nigeria's regulatory framework and regional and international cooperation play a pivotal roles in enhancing the implementation of country's nuclear nonproliferation related obligations in the country.
