Abstract
I would like to thank you for the invitation to speak at your annual meeting. Although a lawyer by trade, I have, for one reason or another, spent much of the past five years working with professionals in the nuclear materials management field. I can say safely that some of my best friends, includ- ing Jim Lovett, are accountability representatives. Few other lawyers can make that statement! X have also become very interested in your \"mystic art\" and your jargon. I know now, for example, that a \"muf\" is more than a misjudged fly ball; while a \"nol\" is more than a hill top. While we're on the subject of \"mystic art\", I have been asked to discuss—or at least the title of my talk suggests that I will look ahead ten years and tell you what to expect in the \"nuclear legal field\", whatever that is. If I were able; to predict the future that clearly I would probably be ou-3ioe Ju .\"it; of the casinos rather than taking your time with this talk.
