Abstract
Combustion Engineering, Inc. has recently developed and installed an automated data collection, data processing system for the accounting and con- trol of special nuclear material. The system uses a variety of data collection techniques and some relatively new data processing ideas. The next few pages describe the Fuel Accountability and Control System (FACS).
