Abstract
I am sure you are all familiar with the Agreement, at least in broad outline. You will recall that upon the Agreement's entry into force, many of NRC's licensees will be subject to various recordkeeping, reporting, and inspection requirements contained in a new part 75 of NRC regulations. These regulations were first published for public comment in May of 1978 and have been approved for republ ication, after numerous changes were made, for further review.- We solicit your comments during this review period and will be glad to consult with you regarding any questions you may have.
