Abstract
It r e a l l y is w i t h a deep sense of pride that I stand before this group today to talk about transport security of strategic nuantities of SNM. I have always v i e w e d the Institute in very h i g h esteem since in contrast w i t h some of the other industry groups this is r e a l l y a very specific group of working level i n d i v i d u a l s who come together for an exchange of ideas on a professional basis about some of the pressing problems in our Nuclear Industry.
