Commercial Reprocessing in the United States To Be or Note jo Ee?

The question posed by the title of this paper is rhetorical in nature. The answer to the question can be stated as follows: Commercial reprocessing of spent nuclear fuels will occur in the United States when the economics are shown to be favorable, regulatory uncertainties are resolved, and when our Government and industry find a mutually supportive arrangement for proceeding.
