In accordance with DOE Order 5630.2, Goodyear Atomic Corporation has established, implemented, and maintained an appropriate Measurement Control Program for the accountability of all nuclear materials assigned to the Portsmouth Uranium Enrichment Plant. This program is designed to ensure that measurement accuracy and precision are controlled and that the uncertainties associated with the measurement data used in Nuclear Materials Management are known.
