Panel Discussion \"Cold Scrap Reprocessing.\"

BOWIE: The last discussion this afternoon will be a panel discussion which will describe and concern itself with \"Cold Scrap Reprocessing.\" Now this is a general scrap recovery problem, not just requirements set forth or established by the AEG. In other words, the Commission as well as ourselves, though we be under the Commission, or whether we be ooerating as a licensee, we are all basically concerned with problems -- and, believe me, there are numerous problems in this general scrap reprocessing. What we have done is that we have 32 gathered together the people who are on top of this situation, and who will be willing to give forth their views, ask their questions cf each other, or in general putting it out to the audience on what sone of these problems are that are facing all of us as we go into this scrap recovery process.
