Abstract
Within the framework of non destructive inspection and assay, a technique for the quantification of actinides in large concrete waste packages, has been developed, using active gamma interrogation and delayed neutron counting. The application of computerized tomography enables localization of actinides in cemented high level wastes in order to improve our understanding these packages. In this paper, we present the first simulated and experimental tomographic results.
