Abstract
Mr. Chairman, Members of the Institute of Nuclear Materials Management, Distinguished Guests - I appreciate very much this opportunity to speak on safeguards before the professional society devoted to the study of nuclear materials management. It seems to me most fitting and timely that a discussion of this subject should be included on your agenda. I believe that we can expect extensive mutual benefits to be derived from a close collaboration between those working in these two important and closely related fields.
