Abstract
As you probably realize, last year a complex and somewhat sophisticated study! concluded with the major observation that there was a distinct polarization between the nuclear industry and the AEC's regulatory arm. Assuming that such a polarization exists in fact, it is most important that its causes be determined so that a resolution can be sought. It is hoped that tin's discussion can contribute to a resolution.
