Abstract
A system of Nuclear Materials Management is developed on existing available information and is not and should not be superimposed upon normal operations of a business. In a normal operation of any sound business, various types of measurements are necessary and inherent in the enterprise or operation and are based on the purpose for which the measurement is required in the conduct of the operation. A measurement is necessary for one purpose and would be made for that purpose whether or not any other use were made of the data. This same data then can be used as a source for Nuclear Materials Management data.
