Abstract
Ways of diverting nuclear material are presented in a form that reflects the effects of the diversions on a select set of statistical accounting procedures. Twelve statistics are examined for changes in mean values under sixty diversion scenarios. Several questions about the statistics are answered using a table of quantification results presented here. Findings include a smallest, proper subset of the set of statistics which has one or more changed mean values under each of the diversion scenarios*
