PANEL DISCUSSION ON USE OF SECURITY SEALS FOR SAFEGUARDS

I would like to introduce the members of the panel: Debbie Hill from the AEC's Richland Operations Office, Nick Ovuka from the AEC's Division of Nuclear Materials Security, Mike Gaitanis from the AEC's Regulatory Operations and Bob Sorenson from Battelle-Northwest. The panel will make some fairly short presentations. I will ask you to save your questions on the presentations until the end because there is some interaction among the different papers and a question raised in one paper may be answered in a following paper. After the initial comments, we hope that all of you in the audience will participate in the discussion. With that introduction, Nick Ovuka will get us started.
