Panel DISCUSSION ON COLD SCRAP REPROCESSING

The next discussion will be a panel discussion on cold scrap reprocessing. For some time, and during this meeting, we have been talking about the importance of cold scrap and the problems that are forthcoming, so that we decided to include on our program today a panel on cold scrap reprocessing. You recall at Columbus last year we had a similar panel and the Commission at that time was just about ready to release a scrap report for commercial recovery. 3o this, in essence, is sort of a follow-up of what has taken place during the past year, and in addition, we will review the current ANC policy affecting scrap reprocessing and relate the status of scrap reprocessing activities to data.
