Abstract
Ladies and gentlemen, I would like to pack into my comments all the wisdom and advice on the California nuclear initiative, Proposition 15, that I heard in an eight-hour postmortem session from the experts and those most closely involved in the campaign just two days after the June 8 election in California. Obviously, that is not possible but I intend to throw as much as I can at you because it is so important.
