Abstract
During July, 1968, an automated data processing system for SS material control was initiated at The Dow Chemical Company, Rocky Flats Division. During Fiscal Year 1973, the findings of a Management Systems Feasibility Study resulted in the decision to develop and implement \"an advanced,\" automated accountability system for SS material. A full-time project team (five members including the project manager) was established in May, 1973, and has been working on the developmental aspects of the system.
