Abstract
When Ralph Lump invited me to participate in this meeting, he had more in mind than simply filling out this morning's agenda. He knew if I accepted the invitation I would have to stop procrastinating on a job that I have been doing for a Forum committee which he chairs -- otherwise, I wouldn't have anything to put into this paper.
