Abstract
A fundamental consideration in the economics of power reactor operation by private industry is the chemical processing and conversion services to be associated with the spent reactor fuel. For fuels which can be processed by the conceptual chemical processing facility, these charges are described in the document entitled \"Summary Report: AEC Reference Fuel Processing Plant (Wash- 743)\", dated October, 1957.
