Abstract
This is a technical review of the DOE's International Support Program from 1981 to 1985. The Program includes development of equipment and procedures for international safeguards, theoretical analyses of systems, bilateral cooperation and demonstrations of equipment jointly with other countries, and training in safeguards and security technology for individuals from other countries.
