Abstract
Slightly over a year ago at the St. Louis meeting, when I has the privilege of appearing before many of you who are here today to discuss the lease program, I was not aware that I would be called upon once again for a discussion of the revised lease agreement. You will recall that the standard lease agreement had a common expiration date of June 30, 1963. We also discussed at St. Louis the schedule we hoped to observe in regard to revision or changes considered desirable and necessary. With good fortune we have adhered to the schedule, however, as is usual in anything of this nature, we found ourselves racing up to the wire until the very last moment.
