CONGRESSIONAL APPROACHES TO NONPROLIFERATION AND TO INTERNATIONAL SAFEGUARDS

Our next speaker, Warren Donnelly, took his Doctorate in Physics from New York University in 1963. He first became professionally involved in nuclear materials management in the New York office of the Atomic Energy Commission. He later became associated with a Congressional research service of the Library of Congress where he is presently Senior Specialist in Energy, with particular interest in nuclear energy and non-proliferation issues.
