Abstract
This paper details the process and results of a recent US-Russia study in the area of rail transportation security. The work is a task under the Materials Protection, Control and Accounting (MPC&A) program of the US Department of Energy (DOE) and the Russian Ministry of Atomic Energy (MinAtom) and is a part of the work funded under the Nunn-Lugar initiative.
