Abstract
The study was carried out to develop a system which determines routine inspection efforts and timing for fabrication plants. Tininspection efforts are given to an individual fabrication plant by evaluating all its meterial balance data obtained in its past campaigns and all its processing programs in the coming year. On the other hand, the timing is determined by analyzing time-series data of MUFs. As a result of sample calculation, the inspection efforts less than 30 mandays per year have been obtained for a fabrication plant with a capacity of 100 TU L¥R fuel per year.
