Abstract
According to the IAEA Regulations (SSR-6i) packages shall be capable of withstanding the effects of accelerations arising from routine conditions of transport. We present the results of a measurement campaign (road and rail transport) with a package in the lower mass range of about 10 tons and propose covering acceleration factors and load collectives for future safety analysis.
