Abstract
The Technical Services Section of Agency Safeguards is a section for equipment implementation as distinct from a section for equipment development. Its task is to provide properly maintained equipment where and when it is required, together with knowledge of its use. Activities include procurement, repair, maintenance, testing, shipping/receiving, tracking inventory, and of course training. The section also provides services such as verification of seals, development of surveillance film, and expediting samples for destructive analysis.
