Abstract
Since the signature of the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) in 1968, the UK has supported the IAEA in the safeguards field in a number of ways including cooperation in the testing of instruments and training of personnel in the facilities and laboratories of the UKAEA. Independently, assistance has been given in similar ways by British Nuclear Fuels Limited, a UK Government owned Limited Company.
