Abstract
The computer as part of a safeguards information system at the Savannah River Operations Office is discussed. The use of decision analysis software to assign ratings to surveys is explored. The design and structure of the survey tracking and inventory difference databases are analyzed. Examples of how these tools are used to solve problems and provide guidance to the MC&A program are given. Future direction and needs are outlined.
