Abstract
You already have the context of my presentation from other papers; the political, technical, and safeguards context. You also have been exposed to planned developments in Japan and the UK. My presentation goes beyond context and plans to Achievements. In France, reprocessing and recycling is industrially mature; we don't talk about what will happen in the future -- we discuss what is happening now.
