Verification of Declared Thiodiglycol Production under a Convention on Chemical Weapons

A simple and practical framework for the verification of industrial scale production of key-precursor (Schedule^)) chemicals under a Convention on Chemical Weapons is proposed based on conventional material accountancy. The 'dual use' chemical thiodiglycol is chosen for illustration.
