Abstract
This paper provides the introduction of a new analytical environment for the analyses of complex systems. The environment has been dubbed T-squared and was orginally developed as a means to integrate previous and current modeling and simulation work into new evaluations for which there were severe limits of resources available. T2 was used to evaluate the impacts upon the U.S. Department of Energy Nuclear Weapons Complex when Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty validation activities were implemented.
