ST - 1 or UN \"Orange Book\". Mexican Trucking Industry Point of view

In order to include measures of security in the \"Regulation for the safe transport of radioactive material\" IAEA, ST-1 within the, \"Recommendations on the transport of dangerous goods, model regulations\", called Orange Book, published and edited by the United Nations, has been suitable for the Government Body on the hazardous materials transportation since on one document has the measures applicable to any class of hazardous materials, although on class 7 relative to radioactive materials it has not enough technical support to understand the ST - 1, because they are out of the Government Body to observe the Orange Book. This paper presents operational problems for the Mexican Trucking Industry on the implementation of the UN \"Orange Book\" 12th edition and the IAEA ST-1, in addition, the Spanish version of both documents has differences on the translation.
